Sinèads passion for dance and movement started when she was a child. She was first introduced to the Lotte Berk method whilst studying performing arts in London at The Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA). During this period she started practicing yoga and after several years of performing in the City she moved to the far east to develop and further her understanding of Ashtanga.
Returning back to the UK she studied Ashtanga extensively with the late Elizabeth Connolloy and completed further training with David Swenson, Godfrey Devereux, and Danny Paradise whilst continuing to practice daily under the guidance of Gingi Lee. She is also a qualified pre & post-natal instructor completing training with Sitaram Partnership and Birthlight. She also holds personal training qualifications with the CHEK Institute.
Her barre life started after the birth of her second child. Noticing her body wasn't responding to her regular fitness regime and with the desire to explore new path's she started practicing barre. The results we're almost instant and she soon became hooked.
Sinèads classes are challenging, sweat-inducing but fun, and many friendships have been created whilst shaking it out at the barre!
Her aim is to empower clients to move their bodies with precision, freedom and grace, to feel confident, strong, and empowered. Welcome to the Tribe..
