Download the latest version of ZOOM.US asap and set up a profile in advance (we would recommend leaving plenty of time for this so that you can avoid any last minute hiccups before your class starts). Look out for an email from us with the ZOOM meeting link around 15 minutes before the start of class. Join the 'meeting' 10 minutes or so before class with your audio and video turned on so we can say hello. Once class starts you will be asked to turn your audio off. Classes can be streamed on a computer, laptop, tablet and mobile. ALL SALES AND BOOKINGS ARE FINAL
WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR HOME STUDIO
Make sure you have plenty of space to move around and you can see your screen clearly. You will need a sturdy high back chair, bar stool or kitchen counter to act as your barre. Music isn't played through class, once your mic is turned off you are free to put of your own playlist.
Recently it has been tricky to get hold of props, therefore all our virtual 45minute classes are prop free. Our hour classes use equipment, if you don't have props here are our suggested house hold object alternatives.
Yoga Mat - A blanket to create some padding for mat work
Hand Weights - Grab tinned cans, bottles of water, a pair of heavy shoes, it doesn't matter as long as you have two items that weigh the same and you can lift them safely!
Small Pilates Ball - A thick cushion can be used for mat work
Glider discs - paper plates if your working on carpet or dusters if you are on hard floors
Optional props with no home alternative but have dual purpose:
Resistance band can be tied to create a loop band
Ankle weight can double up as hand weights - depending on the weight we recommend holding the ankle weights and not strapping them around the wrists.
