Gym hair, don't care... Holding a plank with hair hanging in your face can be incredibly annoying, not only does it effect your concentration but the acidic fluid we create whilst sweating can have a damaging affect on coloured brunettes and highlighted blondes, resulting in a dull, slightly red or brassy hue. To prevent this from happening keep your hair colour alive for longer by applying Moroccanoil Treatment to towel dry hair before hitting the gym.
