Service Description

COURSE IS MADE UP OF 4 WEDNESDAY CLASSES Barre Signature is a fun, energetic, low-impact, high intensity, full body workout that aims to improve balance, strength and flexibility. The class is split between mat and ballet-inspired barre work, moving on all planes and directions to target the upper / lower body and core. Prepare yourself for some serious thigh shaking! Class can include the use of hand weights, bands, balls and sliders. * No dancing is involved and previous ballet experience is not a requirement. Level: Low impact, high intensity, Intermediate - Not suitable for injuries * Pre natal from 12 to 28 weeks are welcome with prior Barre Tribe experience. Bring grippy barre socks, a yoga mat, and water. For hygiene reasons we request clients bring their own small pilates ball. Ankle and wrist weights aren't supplied but we encourage clients to bring their own if they wish to take the workout to another level. We recommend purchasing adjustable ankle and wrist weights from Amazon. Ankle weights must be adjustable

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations/No Show Policy: Please kindly be reminded Barre Tribe bookings are non refundable or transferable to another term / course / workshop / event or person. Single Classes: Drop in classes maybe rescheduled 48hours before the class start time. After this point no shows or cancelled sessions will forfeit the class fee. The class must be used with the term block the booking was made. Course Booking: Please inform us at booking which dates you can't make. Where possible we will try and offer you an alternative class, subject to availability. However, if this is not possible refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. If it's your first time with us - we're looking forward to meeting you and introducing you to the highly effective, body sculpting Barre Tribe workout! Please arrive at least ten minutes before class with your completed Client Registration Form. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions. If you are a regular client please inform us of medical changes, pregnancy or injuries. INJURY To reduce and avoid injury, you need to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. By performing any fitness exercise, you are performing them at your own risk.
