Barre Sculpt combines cardio, barre & interval training: Fusing our favourite sequences from our signature Barre Tribe and Tribe Sculpt method for a highly effective 60minute class created to raise your heart rate, build strength and increase your metabolism. Moving the body through all planes and directions for a truly full-body workout.

Tribe Sculptis our favourite Barreless workout! The 60minute signature body conditioning is guaranteed to make you sweat. Expect HIIT sequence, upper body strength work, and bootylicious lower body moves to challenge balance, strength, and flexibility.
